The FDA has stated that retatrutide does not qualify for pharmacy compounding exemptions under sections 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and has warned firms marketing compounded or “research” retatrutide. Offering it here is a physician clinical decision after your Wellness Assessment. That decision does not change federal law. If prescribed, it is sourced only through our designated 503A compounding pharmacy — never gray-market or research-only vendors.
