Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how Elevated Health Augusta works — from the $$79 Wellness Assessment to membership and pharmacy logistics.
A. About Elevated Health Augusta
We are a physician-owned, cash-pay concierge wellness clinic in Evans, Georgia (Augusta metro). We focus on IV therapy, hormone optimization, peptide protocols, and medical weight loss — with transparent pricing and in-person care at 7013 Evans Town Center Blvd, Suite 203, Evans, GA 30809.
Call (706) 760-3470 or visit elevatedhealthaugusta.com. Hours vary by clinical schedule; the fastest way to get on the calendar is to book a Wellness Assessment online.
B. The Wellness Assessment
Your $79 Wellness Assessment is an in-person visit with our clinical team. We review goals and history, and your provider orders LabCorp blood draws in-office when panels are indicated. This visit is how we determine whether an ELEVATED program (TRT, HRT, GLP-1, or WELLNESS) is appropriate for you.
The $79 fee covers dedicated clinician time and the operational cost of onboarding. When you enroll in a qualifying program, we credit this $79 toward your first program invoice — it is not a separate “credit” balance you carry unless you enroll.
Expect about 30 minutes with the team: vitals and history, goal setting, and next-step planning. If labs are ordered, we coordinate draws in-clinic through LabCorp client billing.
Government-issued ID, a list of current medications and supplements, and prior lab results if you have them. No insurance card needed — we are cash-pay with flat, published prices.
C. The ELEVATED programs
The HRT, TRT, and GLP-1 programs bundle prescribed therapy where clinically appropriate, follow-up visits per protocol, and a quarterly expanded lab panel and review for as long as your membership stays active, plus secure messaging. ELEVATED IV is the non-Rx plan and does not include medication or labs. Exact inclusions depend on which program you are on.
TRT (men) and HRT (women) focus on hormone optimization with LabCorp monitoring. GLP-1 is physician-supervised medical weight loss with compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide when appropriate. Retatrutide is a physician-selected investigational option inside that lane — not a self-serve checkout. ELEVATED IV is the non-Rx plan — monthly signature IV drips plus member discounts on eligible à la carte services, with no medication or labs bundled.
Yes. Retatrutide is part of ELEVATED GLP-1, alongside semaglutide and tirzepatide. After your $79 Wellness Assessment, your physician may select it ($299–$529/mo, price follows weekly dose) when it is clinically appropriate, under the GLP-1 consent (Section 11A). It is not a walk-in or online self-serve product. Retatrutide is investigational and not FDA-approved, and the FDA has stated it does not qualify for 503A/503B compounding exemptions. Details: /weight-loss/retatrutide.
Yes, when clinically appropriate. You enroll in one ELEVATED anchor program (GLP-1, TRT, or HRT) that includes your RN check-ins, messaging, and quarterly labs, then add the second lane as a medication-only add-on — for example TRT for +$149/mo or HRT for +$129/mo on top of GLP-1. Save up to $100/month compared to two separate ELEVATED enrollments. When clinically appropriate, layer TRT or HRT as a medication-only add-on on your ELEVATED GLP-1 program. One visit, one lab cadence, both medications — save $100/mo vs enrolling in two full programs.
Active ELEVATED members receive 20% off eligible à la carte add-ons (excluding medications already bundled in their program). Your clinician will confirm what applies to your plan.
D. Pricing and payment
No. We are a cash-pay practice. We don't bill insurance or file claims, and every price is published upfront. Everyone is welcome, insured or not. If you want to seek out-of-network reimbursement yourself, we can provide a superbill on request. Reimbursement depends on your plan and isn't guaranteed. Affirm and Klarna financing are available at checkout.
Yes — Affirm and Klarna are available where supported at checkout. Terms are set by the financing partner.
No — IV ketamine and SPRAVATO® (esketamine) are not offered at Elevated Health Augusta. If you are working with depression or anxiety, our clinicians can discuss evidence-based options within our active service lines, and we're glad to point you toward local mental-health resources. Call the clinic to talk it through.
Refunds depend on service type and timing. IV Lounge bookings canceled with 24+ hours notice receive a full refund; late cancels and no-shows are not refunded. Completed visits, drawn labs, and dispensed medications are non-refundable. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. See our Terms of Service or email care@elevatedhealthaugusta.com.
Give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Less than 24 hours or a no-show requires a $99 rebooking fee before you can book again — and IV prepayments may be forfeited. Call (706) 760-3470 or email care@elevatedhealthaugusta.com; do not simply skip your appointment.
E. Treatment process
Book a Wellness Assessment → in-person visit and labs if ordered → provider review → program recommendation → membership and therapy start when you enroll. You will always know pricing before you commit to a program.
No. Hormone, GLP-1 and peptide care starts with an in-person assessment and labs when they are indicated. A provider reviews your results before recommending a program. You sign a consent for your protocol before treatment begins. You always see the price before you commit.
Yes. We will seat you whenever a chair is open. You do not need the $79 Wellness Assessment for a drip. Booking online is still the surer thing. It holds your chair, and your drip is mixed and ready when you arrive.
LabCorp draws are performed in our Evans clinic when your provider orders a panel — no separate LabCorp account is required for client-billed panels we coordinate.
Many follow-ups can be done via Doxy.me telehealth when clinically appropriate. Some visits, IV therapies, and phlebotomy require in-person attendance.
F. Medications and pharmacy
Compounded medications are prepared by our 503A compounding pharmacy partner under patient-specific prescriptions. Retail-brand medications may be sent to a standard pharmacy when clinically indicated.
We prioritize safety, availability, and regulatory posture. When FDA-approved products are in shortage or clinically equivalent compounded options are appropriate, your provider discusses trade-offs with you.
Depends on therapy. Many peptides and hormones ship cold-chain to the clinic or your home per pharmacy policy; IV therapies are administered in the IV Lounge.
G. Peptide therapy
Most peptide therapies used in wellness contexts are not FDA-approved for the advertised indication. They are prescribed off-label when clinically appropriate after assessment, labs, and informed consent.
Because benefits and risks, regulatory status, and monitoring expectations must be clear before therapy begins. You will review and sign consent documents specific to your protocol.
Yes — when clinically appropriate and after provider review, safety screening, consent, and pharmacy availability. They are not walk-in products. Recovery options may be discussed at your Wellness Assessment.
H. Membership logistics
Your ELEVATED program renews monthly until you cancel according to the notice window in your membership agreement.
We require written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming renewal. Exact language appears in your membership checkout agreement.
Pauses may be available for travel or medical reasons. Coordinate with the office team — pausing is not automatic.
Yes, when clinically appropriate. Your provider will reassess labs and symptoms before moving you between TRT, HRT, GLP-1, or ELEVATED IV.
They're benefits of an active membership. While you're enrolled in ELEVATED HRT, TRT, or GLP-1, your quarterly expanded lab panel is included at no extra charge and you get 20% off everything à la carte. If you cancel or your membership lapses, those benefits end — your next quarterly panel and any other services revert to standard à la carte (non-member) pricing. Re-enroll any time and the included quarterly panel and member pricing return.
